The staff at Nuneaton branch always listen to your q...

The staff at Nuneaton branch always listen to your query. They delve into the solution ( sometimes asking other staff members) then give their best advice on how to solve it. very friendly, and I never feel rushed & as if eager to get rid of me by them.. .. I just hope this branch will not be shut down like so many of our banks have been. Leaving no one to talk to and get advice 1 to 1 ..just waiting for what seems a life time to only be put through to someone who doesn’t understand!!! Reviewed on: 14th April 2026
