Resolving an ISA problem

When I changed mu Cash ISA from 12O day to 18O day an error was made on the form. The staff, namely Neil and Simon quickly rectified this and transferred the interest from the passbook to my current account. I can only praise therm on how they overcame the problem, very professional. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
