Great personal service to be found locally.

I have had various accounts with H&RBS for a number of years, and have always had great service at the local office. The latest was an ISA transfer in from another provider, and again the personal service received from the cashier was excellent. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Overall great bank to deal with.

Have found the website to be very easy to navigate. I have reinvested, transferred and withdrawn with no problems and I appreciate the great communication. Always great with interest rates too. Reviewed on: 20th January 2026
