Refreshing experience of old fashioned quality service!

Our entire experience from opening to managing our parish council account has been a pleasure. I managed to lock myself out in the middle of doing year end accounts and Alice Hampton at customer services answered in seconds, a few security questions and i was unlocked and able to escape the office in time :) Reviewed on: 2nd April 2026

Went into Lutterworth branch this am to open an Isa.

Went into Lutterworth branch this am to open an Isa. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The staff member, Natalie, was extremely patient with me because I had a lot of questions. I knew what I wanted but the staff were not pushy or persuasive to get me to buy. Their explanations were very clear and gave me all the information I needed to make my own mind up.
