Inconvenient process for opening accounts

The Rugby Branch doesn’t allow people to walk off the street to open an account. You either request a form via their website to be posted a form, complete and go to the branch or request an appointment which is only during certain hours in the afternoon during the week. It is as though they don’t want customers to open accounts. Very inconvenient for working people. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026
