Rita was very helpful, very clear and took me through a number of options re opening a new savings account. She was very polite and smiley, as were her colleagues present also. So fast, helpful and friendly!

All the staff members I spoke to were ever so helpful and friendly, called back when they said they would, made absolutely sure I understood everything and when I made a stupid mistake on the form they were able to correct it for me with good humour and no time delay so I was really impressed!
