Hinckley and rugby good choice for savers

I was looking for a Regular savings account with a competitive rate of interest, as it's a good way to save and see your savings grow. Once registered with Hinckley online, it was easy to keep track of my transactions. The Hinckley and rugby app is great addition for account holders. The design and user interface is easy to use. Visited Broughton Astley office and was greated by Michelle. I wa ted an ISA i had seen online. She knew instantly the one I had seen but also told me about others I may be interested in. We talked and I applied for the original ISA, she helped with the filling out of the forms, explained the procedure I needed to follow all in a private office, full confidentuality was maintained, no open plan with everyone listening in - excellant. She was so friendly, informative and smiled - excellant customer service, fully recommended. No computer knowlefge require just old fashioned customer care. Reviewed on: 14th March 2026
