I have been an investor with H&R since December 2019...

I have been an investor with H&R since December 2019, since transferring a cash investment to a savings account from one of the high street banks, which had recently closed its local branch, making personal access difficult. At the time, I was not particularly confident with internet banking, and I preferred to make such transfers in person at a branch, give that quite large sums were involved. H&R’s local branch in Coalville handled the first transfer for me without difficulty, and have provided valuable assistance on several occasions since then where account switches and upgrades were necessary. I have always found that H&R’s savings interest rates were more favourable than High Street banks and competitive with other mutuals, so I have seen no reason to transfer my investment with them elsewhere, and plan to continue after my current investment product matures next year.
