Branch visit experience

My visit to the Rugby branch a few weeks ago was very helpful in finding a suitable savings account which paid a reasonable interest yet allowed me to access my savings if needed. The male member of staff (whose names escapes me) was extremely helpful and followed up my visit a few days later Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Pleasant initial phone call to branch.

Pleasant initial phone call to branch. Spoke to a person (Neil) not automated system. Arranged a short notice appointment to suit me. I had filled in application form incorrectly but Neil sorted this for me. Opened an account to suit my needs. Reviewed on: 29th December 2025
