Rita was very helpful, very clear and took me through a number of options re opening a new savings account. She was very polite and smiley, as were her colleagues present also. Very favourable first impressions

The initial response to my Savings Account Enquiry was prompt. The literature received was clearly laid out, not over burdened with 'in-house'jargon, included what I considered to be useful and relevant product information and all presented in a very user friendly format. Subsequent to opening my account, in order to clarify a query, I received an email followed by two very polite voicemail messages (from Michele) as I was unable to respond immediately. On calling the branch, I spoke to the manager (Tracey) who instantly knew the reason for my call and dealt with the enquiry efficiently and in a very friendly manner.
