Helpful, professional, informative and friendly staff.

We were helped and advised on purchasing. The gentleman we dealt with was new to us. He introduced himself. Asked appropriate questions and helped us with setting up electronic payments to our personal accounts. Very informative helpful and a credit to your society as are all members of the team. Both Rita and Linda were fantastic

Security and nominated bank

Lilly was very helpful answering questions about my easy access account, talking me through how to set up a telephone password and my nominated bank account. Simple and Safe Savings

I wanted to close an account and move the balance to another account. I did this simply by using a mixture of online and personal telephone calls. Rita and her staff at Wigston were extremely helpful as well as being down to earth and pleasant. Great care was taken to assure the safety and security of my account. Thank you all concerned.
