Neil made my visit today easy and positive

Neil supported me today making it so quick and easy. He was so lovely and understanding and really explained things to me which I really appreciate. You can talk to a person - gets my vote

Had problems with joining the on-line system. Phone answered quite quickly and spoke to a real person ( big tick) and issue resolved within reasonable time. I have a decent return on my investment - so what's not to like. However, it's not my job to recommend HRBS - as it won't suit everyone Reviewed on: 19th February 2026

Neil was extremely helpful. He telephoned to remind us about a change to my child's account. We went into the Rugby branch to make the necessary updates, where Neil explained everything very clearly and took time to make sure all the information was correct.
