Practical, Efficient, Responsive.

Whether online or via its app, the UI is intuitive and functional. Customer service (via online chat) responds quickly and clearly. Staff at bank branches are friendly and supportive. In my ten years with them, I've never had any significant issues. The few minor inconveniences or mistakes made by staff have been resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Don't understand

I have had my account for over three years, can't get an overdraft or even a credit card. I get bi weekly wages yet I'm turned down everytime I apply for anything. My husband switched banks and he's happier. Can't wait to leave Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Good personal banking support

Calliing up bank and being able to get through to a human being can be a challenge and frustrating at times. With HSBC my experience has been better than my previous banks where it could take 5-10minutes. This has been the single biggest reason for moving banks in the past. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
