Good personal banking support

Calliing up bank and being able to get through to a human being can be a challenge and frustrating at times. With HSBC my experience has been better than my previous banks where it could take 5-10minutes. This has been the single biggest reason for moving banks in the past. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Fast, efficient, simple and effective

I am an HSBC Kinetic customer for nearly 1 year. I am very happy with the service I get. They are responsive and their banking app is simple and very rarely I require to login on the online banking or call up the bank. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
