Very good dealings

I have been with hsbc for several years and never had any major problems dealings with this bank they are very efficient with there dealings and always do what they can to put the customer first whenever I have had to contact the bank whether it be on the phone or in branch I have always been welcomed with a friendly greeting or a smile the staff are always smart and on hand to assist you in any way they can whilst the phone line will answer your call quickly and professionally I would reccomend HSBC to any of my friends or family as they are very good I am looking at getting my children an account with this bank as I have had good experiences in the past Reviewed on: 24th April 2015

The hsbc bank is definitely the best bank I've used, staff are friendly and very helpful when you need to go in and speak to them, also if they see something on your statement which they think could be fraud they ring you right away just to check that your account is fine, I've never had that from any other bank, if you need an appointment with somebody you are normally seen within a few days or the same day if they have any appointments but it never takes long at all, the only one thing that I would like to see change is the customer call centre to be in England as I've always had trouble understanding the person on the other side of the phone I know they do have a call centre in England but it just depends on where your put through to Reviewed on: 24th April 2015

Reliable and friendly

HSBC has never let me down. Since the day I joined which was fast and easy, HSBC have helped me with any payment problems, such as when a company withdrew money without authorisation, they compensated me and opened an inquiry with the company which was speedily resolved. They have never charged me and have always gotten my details correct. They are also very helpful if I have lost my card or if I want to open new accounts or change my details or when offering advice. My local hsbc bank has very helpful and friendly staff, this is from everything to helping me change or review my products to enabling me to use the cash deposit machine when you only need to deposit cash or cheques during busy periods when the counters are full. Can't praise them enough for all of their help over the 10 years I have banked with them. Well done hsbc. Reviewed on: 20th April 2015

Banking experience always leaves you a bad taste. From long line to inexperienced staff. I never imagine I would say this. HSBC change that perspective for me. The service was fast. I waited only 2 minutes before going to the counter compared to at least 5 minutes to other banks. The staff at the counter always greet you with smile. That made my day as well. What else can I say? That's one of the best experience in 20 years of banking. I would recommend everyone including my family to use HSBC. They're one of the best. You don't have to believe me. Go try it by yourself and come back to tell me if I'm wrong. Reviewed on: 17th April 2015
