Online statement doesnt add up

Debits and credits four days srill not updated online. Its useless in keeping track of spend worse than the PO if thats possible. The balance and availability never up to date, totally in the dark on usage. Reviewed on: 20th December 2021

My card was used fraudulently in November 2024 and I am being treated like a criminal, they have blocked my App access and because I didn't know my security word had to get a cheaply photocopied piece of paper with poor use of the English language filled in with a copy of my Passport signed by my Dentist agreeing it is me... I mean...Please it's the 21st century! Since this happened I might add they accepted a £1350 balance transfer to clear my card! A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Rubbish customer service who just hang up on you for no reason. Very uneducated person dealing with customer service . He lazy goose who does not even wanna try and speak he just hangs up so he can show records he attended calls . People like that should be fired. They pure dirty finance . Very easy and responsible credit card provider

So far nothing but a positive experience with a Jaja credit card. Main point is that it just works (as a credit card should!). But the setup makes it easy to use the card well, from direct debit payments, the ability to freeze the card, notifications about spending and balance management, and the application process. avoid ASDA Money and JAJA Finance:

I received another postal letter with decision closed in Yourcause favour, which is ridiculous, JAJA finance used a print out from merchant system on the 15th Nov. but the charity organization FQMS I want to donate to confirmed that they have not received the money on the 18th Jan, that is more than 2 month and funding hasn't paid to FQMS. The only reason I paid through Yourcause.com is that they claim to provide 1:1 matching on the donation amount, but they rejected the 1:1 matching with unexpectable reasons in the first place, and even worse that my money hasn't been paid to FQMS. How can ASDA MONEY and JAJA Finance act like this? I'm totally upset about what I have come through with all these, even calling JAJA finance last week, it took me 1 and half hour to wait on the call before reaching someone. Disgusting. Irritating company

I've had this card not even a few months , and for no reason , it's been blocked , I cannot access anything online. I've been told every time I call that my account is under investigation. But they cannot say why. This is causing a lot of anxiety. All am told is someone will call me once the review is done. That they cannot discuss anything on the account. When I said I'd like to pay my monthly fee , they gave me an account number at which was wrong what was stated online. When I asked the question ,she said , that's what I have. So I said I won't pay then as it's different online. Wtf. This company Is a joke and wished I never got it. It's caused nothing but stress and anxiety that I really should not feel !!!
