Super easy to use website offerring flexible policies leaving you in control of what you insure. Pricing model means your payments are capped, but you usually pay less and is competitive with others. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Looked after me when I needed them most

I was knocked off my bike while on a multi day chairty ride from Lands Ends to John O'Groats and broke my hip, needing a full hip replacement. Despite only joining Laka only 2 weeks previously they were outstanding in quickly replacing both my damaged bike and gear. It was a tough time and their support was so welcomed. Beautifully simple design which is clearly geared towards benefitting the cycling community rather than milking profits. Fantastic customer service and constant improvements to improve transparency and visibility has been welcomed.
