Beautifully simple design which is clearly geared towards benefitting the cycling community rather than milking profits. Fantastic customer service and constant improvements to improve transparency and visibility has been welcomed. Great to deal with!

I have had insurance with these guys for 2 years now, although i haven't needed to claim i have found them easy and friendly to deal with in terms of cover advice etc. And i love the principle of it being a cooperative based company, and the branding is great too. All I can say is, their business model makes sense. Other cycling insurance is irritatingly expensive, and requires adding a ton of extras for truly comprehensive cover. Laka's setup is so much nicer and more helpful. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
