Insurance for the collective

The website is extremely easy to use, making it clear what cover you have. It's so simple to adjust your coverage too and you'll have a new policy instantly. Luckily I haven't had to make a claim, but when I've had queries the team are so quick to answer. Whilst there are cheaper insurance out there, I don't believe they are worth it like laka is. I get the sense laka will always be on my side as part of the collective. Whereas other insurances have let me down when I need them most Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Laka insurance doesn't feel like insurance. I feel very much a part of a community with Laka. The freedom and ease of being able to assess add/remove what is insured at any given time is a dream. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

I can leave whenever I like, the price per month is fair and community driven plus it's explained in detail in each bill, the website is easy to use, the referral system is excellent, they're involved in grass roots bike racing and my favourite podcasts, they do awesome kit and accessories that I would actually wear, can you say that about any other insurer!?!? Simple, easy to understand and a great product

I signed up very easily with Laka and have had a great experience so far. They send me lots of useful emails about cycling in general which is helpful and makes me feel part of the community. This is important as the Laka product relies on a good community of cyclists who look after their bikes (as best as they can...!) which in turn helps keep costs down. Whilst I've not had to make a claim yet, I feel far more comfortable using my bike in and around London now that I have Laka insurance - which is great!! Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
