Excellent customer service

It's refreshing to go back to talk to a person rather than a machine. A real human person who understands you and cares about you and your bicycle. You will never be lost in bureaucracy with them, which is a bonus. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Incredible seevice, at a fair price

The peer to peer nature of Laka means your only paying for what is needed. That monthly price has never hit the capped amount which was at roughly the same amount most other companies were quoting. I also unfortunately had to make a claim recently. Never been so impressed with a service. Easy to submit the claim, a response within 48 hours (I submitted it on a weekend), money in my account within 4 days of submitting the claim. Chapeau Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Simple, No hassle or fuss

Haven’t had to use any of the insurance as of yet. Hopefully I won’t have to. They have got a few perks and discounts for Laka members which I have used. I’ve added onto my policy and removed items off my policy. Just login and change what you need. Super easy. Good flexible insurance that when the claims are low your premium lowers which is great! Not had to claim yet but have seen good reviews when people do need to. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

My experience with Laka subverts my expectations — or previous experiences — with insurance companies. They are excellent at relieving the stresses that are usually associated with making a claim and get you back to the sport that you, and apparently they, love. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Transparent, Fair, Affordable The only insurer that perfectly shows the individual benefits of being part of and looking after the community. They are completely transparent, fair and affordable.
