Never had any problems

Never had a bad time at lloyds bank. If I go into the bank I'm greeted in a warm friendly manner. As soon as I explain what I need they help me out. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Great bank, great account

Been with Lloyds since I was 11 years old (Now 21) , held savings accounts with other banks, but none come close to Lloyds for service, both in branch and online. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

ALWAYS ON HAND!

I have a basic Account with Lloyd’s Bank. I have always found them to provide excellent customer service when I have needed to contact them, always polite and cheery... even if they can’t actually help you!! I really do feel that they value me just as much as if I were investing thousands with them... The App is also easy to use and online chat always available. Been with them for 11 years!

Opened my first account through Lloyds when I was 16 and have stuck with them all the way through to this very day (am 27 now). Never let me down and were very helpful and speedy at resolving the issue I had when I got scammed via a fraudulent e-mail when I was at University (was more naive then than I am now). Can't fault it!

I've been with LLoyds Bank since I was a teenager and their Classic Account is exactly what you expect from modern banking. Staff in branch are helpful. Online banking and the banking app are both very easy to use. An all round reliable service. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2020
