Lloyds Bank refuses my payments by bank transfers.

Lloyds Bank refuses my payments by bank transfers. to my builder and to a financial institution at the branch. I had my passport with me. They asked me a lot of questions that were inappropriate.. They are mental and treated me as a criminal. I wasted one hour each time there and in the end they refused to do the transaction. They also blocked my account on one of these transfers. Terrible in every aspect

Everything regarding Lloyds is terrible. Customer advisors regularly provide incorrect information which has to be sorted by a complaint. Service in my local branch leaves a lot to be desired and feels like nobody really cares anymore. App can be temperamental and cards randomly decline. Enough is enough! Reviewed on: 11th March 2024
