Very helpful in a recent accident. Easy to get through to and very helpfully on the other end. Provided all the information regarding what to do next and help with getting our car repaired in a timely fashion and back on the road. Huge mistake of age.com 2024 switch of Underwriter.

I was with age.com for many years and very satisfied with their ageous underwriter. In 2024 with great fanfare age.com announced it was switching to LV, whose road /home assistance was with Brittania. After 50 years with the AA I reluctantly swopped as the LV cover was cheaper. This year, LV has quoted a renewal sum of £794.19 against last year’s quote of £489.45! They state ‘Your LV Car Insurance won’t renew unless you contact us.’ How many age.com members can afford that in... Reviewed on: 19th January 2025

Excellent Service & Prices

Exceptional service.

Windscreen Cracked

While driving, stone hit my windscreen mirror and cracked it. I've contacted LV and they were quick to arrange for a replacement with a cost. No impact on premium. With little kids, having a car is must for wherever we go. A quick replacement helped us a lot. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024
