Good period of 0% on purchases plus rewards.

Good period of 0% on purchases plus rewards. Notifications for every transaction so easy to keep track of spending. Only slight negative is not being able to freeze card in the app but have to call the bank. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Good and Reliable

M&S Bank are really helpful and watch my account for any suspicious activity and always manage to sort it out if there is a problem. Reviewed on: 16th October 2016

Points

Buying products using my m&s card is brilliant because of the points gained from it. These points get added up and turned into vouchers which i can use in store Reviewed on: 14th October 2016

awful rewards scheme

i am disappointed by the recent handling of my vouchers. First of all they send you rewards every quarter through the post. it would be better that you can have a log and claim points accordingly. recently I realised that £21 worth of vouchers had expired 2 days before. I contacted both customer service and the stores; very unhelpful and essentially refusing to exchange my vouchers. The rewards scheme is done in a way that you can end up losing the vouchers, lose track and not claim them in time. look elsewhere. i have another card and it is so much better. Will switch provider without any doubt after this recent issue. Reviewed on: 26th September 2016

Shocking customer service

Major problems with them trying to to a balance transfer to another credit card. After waiting 6 working days for it to happen, (after being told it would take 3) I cancelled the balance transfer. One week later the balance transfer took place even though it had been cancelled by telephone, secure message and email. No one got back to me after sending complaint after complaint. Good company who car for their customers

M&S Bank are always ready to listen and help their customers. I am impressed by the trouble they take and their care of their credit card holders. If there is a problem they sort it quickly and cheerfully. Reviewed on: 29th June 2016

Rewarded with M&S vouchers

This really is worth having. Every quarter you receive vouchers for M&S just for using the card. Have recommended to several people who all agree this really is good value. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2016

Good service with bonus of getting points to spend at M&S

I find the service at M&S excellent if I have any problems. Also, they are great at monitoring spending patterns to check it anything untoward is happening and detecting fraud. They are easy to reach by phone or online. Reviewed on: 20th June 2016

A good credit card with an excellent personal service

M&S are particularly careful about compromised cards and always let you know if there has been some irregular activity. They are very good to talk to on the phone and speak English and are very caring. I am sad that the points are not as good as before but I stay with them because I trust them. Pain-free rewards and more.

The card was simple to set up and came with in store benefits of 20% off M&S purchases. I receive store vouchers regularly based on the points I build up and online customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 14th June 2016
