Shocking customer service

Major problems with them trying to to a balance transfer to another credit card. After waiting 6 working days for it to happen, (after being told it would take 3) I cancelled the balance transfer. One week later the balance transfer took place even though it had been cancelled by telephone, secure message and email. No one got back to me after sending complaint after complaint.
