The worst bank for buiseness.

The worst bank for buiseness. I Applied for a buiseness overdraft which was excepted. They took out a £200 fee Then blocked my buiseness account. Now I can't pay the wages for any of my staff . I will sue as this now looks like I'm a bad payer and it affect my firm . Don't use this cowboy company . Reviewed on: 7th June 2024

Exceptional

I cannot praise our local Cardiff Newport Road Branch enough for the exceptional customer service from all members of the team, at all times, as individuals and as a team that they have given us as a business. As a Not-for-Profit Business Customer, I have been moved and impressed on many occasions by the care and support offered to myself and members of our team who have significant extra needs by Metro Bank Staff. This has included supporting and encouraging people to access the banking system, as well as benefiting as a setting from the huge impact delivered on team 'Days to Amaze'. The most efficient bank in the UK

Initially I’ve tried to open a business account with Barclays and they were short of stuff, they told me to wait for more then a month, at Metro bank there were no shortages of stuff unlike other banks with only two accounts in the bank, Metro bank welcomed me and took it seriously my demands and opened my business account within one day, it’s the second time for me having business account with them, now I’m going to transfer my current account with them because i like rewarding the Metro bank policies and so welcoming on every branch they have, I’m overwhelmed by their attitude towards their customers Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Best all round service

Metro Bank has taken care of my Business Account since I started my Business. They have an amazing App that is so easy and yet safe to use. When I have had an issue with my account, Metro have always been there to help and sort out the issue without delay. I feel very safe and confident with my account in Metro Bank's hands. Poor victim support

I lost 3k to this bank. They open accounts to fraudsters and don't pay stolen money back to victims. They refuse to discuss this with me even after my MP wrote to them. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
