Exceptional

I cannot praise our local Cardiff Newport Road Branch enough for the exceptional customer service from all members of the team, at all times, as individuals and as a team that they have given us as a business. As a Not-for-Profit Business Customer, I have been moved and impressed on many occasions by the care and support offered to myself and members of our team who have significant extra needs by Metro Bank Staff. This has included supporting and encouraging people to access the banking system, as well as benefiting as a setting from the huge impact delivered on team 'Days to Amaze'.
