No waiting for replacement debit card I lost my debit card. Popped into the bank and they issued a replacement straight away. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

I have always found Metro Bank staff to be down-to-earth, approachable and so very helpful, going above and beyond the call of duty on occasion. I really feel that it is a family friendly bank and not an impersonal giant, yet it still offers the security and products that are required in day-to-day life. Keep up the very good work! There are not enough superlatives to even start to tell you how amazing Every Single Solitary Incredible, Quirky, Funny, Empathic, Approachable, Understanding, Brilliant, Individual, Funny, Amazing, Flawed, Sad, Happy, Human, Wonderful, Different, Serious, Crazy, Irreverent Member of Staff in Every Branch in Every Country on the Face of This Planet are. Okay, well that's a few. They are all collectively and individually in my Heart for helping me escape Domestic Abuse. Every Person I have interacted with treated me with Dignity, Sympathy and Basic Decency and Humanity and for that I will never, ever forget a single solitary one of them. I joined Metro bank for the quick service when Metro Bank arrived to the UK and today it’s probably the only bank who has staff on the counters. Nothing has changed in the services over the years if anything they have more customers nothing they can’t handle. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
