I have always found Metro Bank staff to be down-to-earth, approachable and so very helpful, going above and beyond the call of duty on occasion. I really feel that it is a family friendly bank and not an impersonal giant, yet it still offers the security and products that are required in day-to-day life. Keep up the very good work!
