Great advisor. Dreadful process.

I already had a mortgage with MBS which was categorised as transferable but when I moved home I was ‘forced’ to pay outstanding monies and renew it. Michelle Groves was fantastic but the MBS made the whole process painful, intrusive and thoroughly unpleasant. Reviewed on: 10th August 2024

Hristina Winstanley was a top class mortgage advisor. I enquired on the website she rang immediately in the morning after, accessed my account without fuss and then offered me an appointment within 24 hours and then completed my remortgage the next day. Olly is the best!!

We had Olly for our mortgage advice call and he was incredible! Turned a pretty dull subject into an uplifting and exciting conversation with lots of laughs whilst also providing relevant amount of information tailored to our needs. Olly managed to keep up his momentum on a 2.5 hour call which must be incredibly difficult when providing such an extensive amount of information. Thanks for all your help Olly!
