Having just had a difficult time with my bank, who seemed to feel that I was being difficult because I wanted to talk to an adviser in person, it was great to speak to a team who could understand exactly what I needed, and who could help me access the service I wanted. Easy to make appointments at Caldicot branch. Offered hot drink on arrival and coffee is very nice. Interest rates could be improved slightly to be more competitive with other online-only banks and building societies. Reviewed on: 31st March 2025
