A reassuring and helpful team

Having just had a difficult time with my bank, who seemed to feel that I was being difficult because I wanted to talk to an adviser in person, it was great to speak to a team who could understand exactly what I needed, and who could help me access the service I wanted. I felt so reassured and valued as a person. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025
