Liked - friendly and helpdul staff, made to feel comfortable, welcome coffee, knowledgeable staff and comfortable surroundings. Online ISA application easy but reliance on postal documentation for signature/start date of investment/start date of interest generation requires clarification and a faster process. Reinvest in a matured isa

Visited Cardiff branch to reinvest in a fixed rate cash isa.Cashier consulted her manager who then went through the process with me in a courteous and efficient manner.All the staff were friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 19th December 2024
