Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Monzo

Over the past year, my experience with Monzo has been quite frustrating. The customer service has significantly declined, with advisors often lacking the necessary knowledge to assist with my queries. On multiple occasions, I was given incorrect information, which led to further complications and delays. This lack of reliability and poor service has been a major letdown, especially considering how promising Monzo once was. I hope they address these issues, but as of now, I'm quite disappointed with their service. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Monzo is AMAZING!

I've used Monzo for a number of years now and am a premium member, the benefits it offers as a current account with options for cashback and analytics on your spending is more than my previous bank could ever offer.
