Asked for statements after closing my account

Closed my monzo account. They sent me an annual statement. Requested on Wednesday 13th November for statements to be sent in a monthly format to me via email. Specially for last 4 months. I know it can take up to 2 working days. But I have sent so many emails and made calls since Wednesday 13th November as it is an emergency and they are just not responding. The agents on the phone cannot do anything to escalate it. This is bad considering it's a simple task to carry out. I am disappointed. My relatives have accounts with Monzo and will advise them better to close it. Very robotic experience and no personal touch or care towards my needs. Reviewed on: 15th November 2024
