Incredible app and great customer service

Incredibly well-designed app that does everything I need. Using it makes me realise how lacking my previous bank was. Customer service is really responsive and were incredibly helpful when I had an issue with scammers accessing my details. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Best bank by a mile

User friendly, easy, quick.

Very simple to use and easy for anyone to use, my family has it and it’s easy to send money between contacts without needing account details. It’s easy to set up and move money around pots and it reminds of you your direct debits coming out. Overall it’s very simple and effective and just quick to use very hassle free.
