Easy! Intuitive! Amazing Customer Service!

Literally the perfect application bank

Monzo was recommended to me at a time when my finances were a mess, their app kept me on track, their saving pots allowed me to afford the things I could only dream of before. Top quality customer service and quick responses. They also performed a Christmas miracle for me once when I was scammed out of £500.00 on the morning of christmas day, their customer service put £500 straight back into my account without any questions while they investigated. Love Monzo and I will continue to use them as long as they exist. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Cannot put into words how much I like this bank

What can I say? Having agoraphobia I haven't been able to go into a bank for years. App only means I never have to. Paid a day early..great. Approachable staff on their social media pages and app..always helpful and can have a laugh with them, not stuck up and I know I can talk to them with humour . Paid a day early - wow I love this feature. I love how the app clearly tells me when payments are pending. I am very badly organised especially with money and this helps so much. Having saving pots - I still can't save but I love being able to put something away until i need it. Love it , Only worry is if they every just close my account (as I keep saying on social media), but I think this can happen with any bank. Awesome Bank

Easy to use

Monzo has made life easier. Easy to use and takes only few steps to open an account. You can view your spending and balance in their mobile app. You can make contactless payments with your card and can withdraw money from any atm machine. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
