Been with them since the only way to get an account was to meet with Tom Blomfield and have him hand you one. - back when they were Mondo. I see zero reason to change banks any time soon. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Monzo have been great!

Monzo have been great! I’ve been using them for about five years, never had a problem with them! I really enjoy the fact I can get my pay a day early it’s a really useful feature that I use often. I also like the option to set up digital cards as it can make life easier to pay from savings :) Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Absolutely love Monzo. Fantastic options for paying, different pots, savings and customer service has been helpful, not always answers immediately but in decent time scale. Wish I’d had it years ago! So love it! I’ve recommended it several times. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Really enjoyed the ease of transferring money between banks, wish they would let me have visibility of savings accounts from other providers but its very useful to see all current accounts. Love savings pots, being paid a day early, disputes as actioned fast, instant cash isa is great. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026
