Best bank I've used

Easy to manage money, I love the Pots and how easily accessible they are. Monzo offer competitive savings rates and as a extra member not having to worry about my details being cloned by using a one time card is very handy and gives that extra peice of mind when making a purchase online. I’ve been looking into Monzo and honestly, it’s one of the best digital banking experiences out there. Here is why I think it’s so reliable: Trust & Security: Monzo is a fully licensed UK bank, meaning your money is protected by the FSCS (up to £85,000). It’s as serious and safe as any traditional bank, but much more modern. The App Experience: The interface is very 'soft' and intuitive. It’s not cluttered or complicated; you can find everything you need in seconds. It makes managing money feel effortless. Powerful Features: You can do so much within the app: Pots: Easily set aside money for savings or bills so you don't overspend. Instant Alerts: You get a notification the millisecond a transaction happens. Card Control: You can freeze and unfreeze your card instantly with one tap if you misplaced it. Spending Analytics: It automatically tracks where your money goes (food, shopping, transport). Perfect for Travel: There are no hidden fees for spending abroad, which makes it a top choice for holidays. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

I'm on the max perks with family and love it

I'm on the max perks and its absolutely brilliant for what I get. Breakdown cover, phone cover, travel insurance plus extra perks. Service is very good and I've had no issues with monzo especially when I can use my card abroad without any charges. Customer service is A class always solve any issues that I've had. I applied for an account got rejected with no reason...

I applied for an account got rejected with no reason given I have no idea what reason it could be as I have no credit history was just applying for a normal current account when I reached out they asked for my details and then told me that I can't reapply and they will not give me a reason. This was very unhelpful when I've only heard good things about Monzo. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

Monzo - The One I Go For

I was given a £10 bonus for signing up, which was lovely. I find the app easy to use and find the features useful and innovative. I’ve had no issues and no reason to contact customers service but they have answered n my general queries promptly and clearly. I like the savings pots and it helps me manage my money more efficiently, the interest rate is competitive and encourages me to save when I can. I signed up for the 1p challenge which is an easy way to save up, but can be stopped at anytime if you find finances lacking. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

Monzo truly deserves best bank as of current. I am 18 and typically as you’re younger you struggle to save money etc… but with Monzo it has quantified and shown me how to save and spend etc… Reviewed on: 13th April 2026
