It’s my family bank now!

Since 99 I have banked with several banks and didn’t really enjoy my experience with several so ended up closing those accounts or just leaving them dormant. Been with Monzo for years now and love how they give you easy options to save, the app is fab and flex is a game changing. Love it so much that I convinced my husband, two of my kids and several of my family to open an account with them. Customer for life. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

I haven't had any issues I can think of with Monzo.

I haven't had any issues I can think of with Monzo. Very understanding with my current circumstances and do offer support when needed. Its so, so much easier to see money coming in and out instantly unlike other banks like Barclays who's notifications don't always come through until late in the day. Also...free sausage roll.
