Customer service downhill badly.

Customer service downhill badly. Used to be world class but focus too much on repetitive responses, difficult to chat to a human, the chat bot is absolutely terrible. Just let me talk to someone like I used to be able to. Clearly has not coped well with the popularity and growth. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Been with Monzo for years. Everything is so easy.

I've been with them for years and love how easy the app is. Categorising and making notes on payments and transfers is fab, and it's generally super easy to use. The only thing that's a bit annoying is the transfer limit being quite low at like 10k instead of the usual max which is 25k, and you can't change this in the settings. otherwise great, no complaints.
