Good Value, but Lacking Online Account Management

LV Life Insurance offers great value for money with their policies, providing solid coverage at an affordable price. However, a major downside is the lack of an online account to manage or view my policy. In today's digital age, it's surprising and inconvenient not to have this feature available. While I'm happy with the cost and coverage, the absence of an online platform makes it difficult to manage my policy efficiently. Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Monzo

Over the past year, my experience with Monzo has been quite frustrating. The customer service has significantly declined, with advisors often lacking the necessary knowledge to assist with my queries. On multiple occasions, I was given incorrect information, which led to further complications and delays. This lack of reliability and poor service has been a major letdown, especially considering how promising Monzo once was.
