Long-time customer, first-time reviewer!

I'm not one for writing reviews, so the fact I am writing one now means a lot! I've been a customer of Monzo for over 10 years and can honestly say it's been the smoothest banking experience I've ever had - they're constantly looking to improve their services by adding new features, and were fantastic the only time I've had an issue with my account.
