I love Monzo

Best bank I've ever had. No problems at all yet. Insanely fast customer service. I switched from starling because I kept having problems and starlings customer service is non existent. So happy I changed to Monzo Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Innovative and helpful

I want to marry Monzo

Powerful, safe, reliable

The Monzo app is super powerful, and at the same time easy to use – I never need to dig around for something like I often do in other apps. Customer support is impeccable: they always answered promptly to any query I had and were truly helpful, unlike every other customer support out there that just spews out prefabricated answers. malpratice

Hello People. Stay away from this bank, they just threat you as a rubbish. My experience with them was that they froze my bank account while i was abroad, and at that time that was my only bank account available, so i was left with no money in late evening on the street. I have informed Financial ombudsman service about this situation. Let's do something about this. People who have similar experience with them please contact me on ardis.roznieks@gmail . They will not change if it is just one person, we should do something together. it has been 3 days, and still they haven't give me a reason or any explanation. p.s do not try to post on their forum they just mark the post as spam and hide from public.
