Top choice for new arrivals in the UK

When I first arrived in the country, no one wanted to open a bank account with me and that's where Monzo stepped up. It was so easy to set up a current account as a new immigrant in the UK and this is a massive selling point for their products. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Great experience overall, the new features and products are exactly what I was looking for, great way to get going and very simple. My advice would be around contacting support could be a little easier to find. In the app you have to jump through several hoops to get to the messaging or contact details, sometimes you just need to contact monzo and whilst you can, make it easier to find.
