Not as good as it used to be

Fees creeping in. Overdraft rate clear but poor value. Customer service timing really bad lately. This used to be the best bank going no questions. Reviewed on: 9th December 2018

Best bank I've used

There are so many things a bank has to get just right and Monzo manages to do all that, and more. I need to emphasise how lovely and welcoming the staff are- and the community- and I have learnt so much by being a customer. I don't think I would be this financially aware or literate without them, and they actively seek to make our experience with them as smooth and amazing as possible. Can't recommend them enough!
