Monzo have be brilliant for my needs. Seeing every penny that comes in and out of my account instantly is great. The pots feature makes it easy to separate your money, and summary shows you how much you have left to spend once all of your direct debits, standing orders and recurring payments are made. I’ve found Monzo to be very swift when putting nearly anything into action I.e card replacements in foreign countries. The customer service is exceptional and convenient. More to the point, even the big banks have started to copy their ideas. Reviewed on: 8th December 2018

I finally feel in control of my finances

Monzo has given me peace of mind. My old bank’s app took ages to login, didn’t show me pending transactions in my main feed, had an out of date available balance & let me go overdrawn without notifying me. Monzo’s live feed (showing upcoming payments too!), live balance & even notifications when upcoming payments will cause me to go overdrawn mean that I can manage my money exactly the way that I want to. Amazing app and transparent culture

Monzo is amazing. The app is super slick and they are constantly updating it. This year they have launched gambling block, saving pots, round up, Apple Pay etc. Their community is great, they are the only bank with such a vibrant online and offline community -the recent crowdfund where 36000 investors joined is a testament of the brand loyalty it i stills. I've used Revolut, Mozon, Starling, and Monese, Monzo is my favorite. Its user interface is clear and the customer service is fast and nice. All the functions are easy to use. No complaints in general. Some suggestions for Monzo though, as of now they're expanding to become a actual bank, hope they offers travel insurance and other currency accounts in the future.
