Better than every other bank

Leagues ahead of everyone in terms of features, ideas and security. Can't recommend them enough Reviewed on: 18th January 2021

Poor customer service, abandoned features and lack of innovation

It’s impossible to get in touch with support. Half of the app features either don’t worked or have just been abandoned. Features keep getting removed and the features still left have hardly improved since last year. They’ve added premium products though, which are over priced compared to other banks and don’t offer as many features. Reviewed on: 18th January 2021

Stalled

Monzo got off to a great start with their app, culture, and customer service, but 2020 appears to have been a difficult year for them. Several app features lack polish, and appear only 95% complete. Having said that, the app is fast, reliable, and provides great visibility of my incoming and outgoing money. My love for the company has faded somewhat, but they're still good enough to keep my business. Reviewed on: 18th January 2021

Terrible

I would not bank with these guys ever! I had an issue opening an account and I could not reach anyone at Monzo for days, calls were unanswered or cut off and emails ignored. I went to the forum for help and I was greeted by rude and unhelpful users!! Reviewed on: 18th January 2021

Great app, unparalleled customer experience

A very progressive new-age bank

I love how Monzo focuses on useful insights into how you spend your money. The pots feature which splits your money up according to your budgets has completely changed the way I do banking. Reviewed on: 18th January 2021
