A bank that thinks about its customers first when building a feature or product

Monzo really have taken customer-centric design for banking products and features to the mainstream now. I sincerely hope that this will be common place going forward. Everything about the Monzo experience is first class, they really have listened to what customers want Reviewed on: 1st April 2021
