I got scammed and had £200 taken from my account and...

I got scammed and had £200 taken from my account and monzo gave it back to me i was very pleased by there immediate action and very helpful advice they gave me on how to stop getting scammed again by any more scammers and also help and advice on password and pin security not to be given to anyone even if they say they are a banking company and also not to give anyone the cvv number on your bank card. Love my Monzo account.

Love my Monzo account. Like the fact you can see transactions immediately, can get paid a day early if need be , round ups, pots. I just think they’re great. Have just gone “full Monzo” and pay monthly but what I get for that is amazing. Multiple insurances that include my family members too and other perks I’ve never seen with other banks. Have been a victim of fraud before and the customer service was excellent. Have recommended to others and a few friends have signed up. I also like the fact you don’t get charged to use your card abroad and they give a good exchange rate too. Perfect all round. Reviewed on: 1st February 2025

Great app

App has some really great features and makes it super easy to keep track of transactions and savings. I love that I’m able to do “loose change” round ups and paying for a perks account doesn’t bother me as there are some great incentives included. Reviewed on: 29th January 2025

It's been well so far.

It's been well so far. Haven't really done much with Monzo but it seems good so far. I can't really stand firm for their security due to rumour on tiktok I heard. Reviewed on: 24th January 2025

Friendly to immigrants.

Terrible

I opened a current account and it was closed. Emailed customer service slow response. Called the number was on hold and the women who answered didn’t sound like she wanted to be there. Told me I closed my account and I couldn’t apply for a new one for 30 days which I will not be doing. Reviewed on: 9th January 2025

Disgraceful bank.

Disgraceful bank. Poor service and incompetent staff. Many better alternatives! They cancel accounts with no reason, make errors when giving pay back details and take a lifetime to reply to any communication. Reviewed on: 4th January 2025
