I have been a Nationwide customer since my parents joined me up. 46 years ago. I have always found them to be superb in their customer service, and the simplicity of their products for my needs. A rarity: a bank with a local branch

Glad to have a local branch but miss some of the benefits of best online banks, such as instant notification of transactions. Overall satisfied with my switch. Not needed help or advice in branch yet but appreciate the facility being there and also the inside cashpoints. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2024

You don’t need to bank anywhere else!

I have banked with Nationwide Flex account for 15+ years and the bank account, app and in person service is second to none! I also love the little winner draws they sometimes run, even if I haven’t won it’s a great idea. I love nationwide and always talk about them! Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
